They will be so proud seeing him for the first time in LATainter’s humility never ceases to amaze. Even in the face of his big league debut.
Mr. and Mrs. Jainter raised their boy right.
That's all that matters, beefI may not understand what's happening to me in here but I understand that I like it.
Took him a season and a half. This guy debuted faster than Chris Paddack
Where can I buy merch?
Rumors swirling that White is gonna bench him in favor of Keynan Middleton, the 30 yr old long reliever. Grit.White can go **** himself. Dude is the Hakstok of MLB.
Focus on Tainter’s 4 hits and 1 ER through 7. Not 4 walks, you negative Nancy.

I bet it was that asshole Joe West behind the plate, wasn't it?In what may be his worst professional start, Tainter came up small after his Easter hiatus. In as big of a game as you'll ever see towards the end of June, his first MLB loss surrendered the Angel's hold on 1st place to the Astros. Tainter was hit hard all over the diamond by the righty-heavy Astros lineup in Houston over 5.2 innings of work, giving up 6 H, 2 solo HR, and 4 ER while striking out 3 and walking none.
A bounceback was on the menu for The Country Breakfast, however, and he delivered against a powerful Yankees lineup in New York. Over 7 innings, Tainter gave up 4 hits and a run while striking out 3 en route to a W. Uncharacteristically, Jainter threw 44 balls and 55 strikes, walking 4. His coach took notice:
Will Tainter put it all together tomorrow? How will he adjust to right-handed batters? You know what to do
Goddamn umpires...I bet it was that ******* Joe West behind the plate, wasn't it?
So you can see Tainter's playoff performance results, right? Is it September yet?
Wow...it's been a while. Let's check in on our protagonist
His first outing in a little over a month was an easy peasy 4 inning outing, allowing 2 hits and 1 walk but no runs while striking out 3. The first batter he saw was retired on 3 straight strikes. If everyone remembers, the Angels are using Tainter as an absolute inning eater in middle relief, as it appears they employ the "bullpen game" strategy about twice per week.
Entering a tie game in the 6th with a runner on 2nd and 1 out, Tainter induced a ground ball to the SS to keep the runner at 2nd. With 2 outs now, the next batter lazily flied out to center. With the Angels scoring in the bottom half of the inning, Tainter earned the win while effectively bridging the game to the closer, allowing 1 hit over 3 IP and striking out 1.
The following game, Tainter was called upon again in the 5th inning with his team on the wrong end of a 6-1 score. In a night where nothing went right for the Angels....nothing went right for Jainter. It all started with a player literally missing a tag, because 2K cheese. All in all, Tainter's bump in the road was 2 innings long, walking 2 batters and allowing 4 hits. He was removed from the game with 2 on and 2 out, only with 1 credited ER to his line. However, whatever ****ing scrub came in swiftly allowed a 3 run HR, closing Tainter's line with 4 ER allowed. His ERA ballooned to 1.77 as a result.
And so it continues....
Tainter still is just 19. His whole life is ahead of himSounds like Country Breakfast needs to back hitters off the plate with a little chin music.
When is mister Jainter going to have a little spud? The Angels clearly could use more leadership in the clubhouse. Their top player only cares about the weather for God’s sake! (I hope this isn’t a sensitive question. AFAIK, the young man recovered well from Tainter Jainter Surgery so he could comfortably pitch with his balls lifted off the mound.)
