We're on pace for 90 points right now, which barring last year when the 8th seed had 90, is typically not enough to make the playoffs.

Only one Western Conference team has made the playoffs with less than 90 points in the last two decades- the Wild in 2015-16 with 87.

Yeah, I was all aboard the tank train earlier in the season but this team has become too good for that. I want to see them in the playoffs. They may not be a cup competitor but it would be good for the development of the younger players. I want to see which ones bring it in the post season and which ones disappear.
