How big is this kid, and what kind of stats did he put up?

all what i know is that he got more than 120 points in 34 (record of all time) games in west ural region. represent Traktor Chelyabinsk and he is 6.2 and 165 . try to get information about Sergei Tolchinsky as well . he is very promising either.

You mean those guys will score 65goals ?

the name of thread dosnt mean directly new ovechkins. you better read- young prospects from russia who have all tools to be in future on Ovechkin,Malkin or Kovalchuk level.

Does anyone know if Kuchin is back to good terms with his team? I mean it's his draft year and he must be telling his coaches to play him more so he can show the NHL scouts why he was hyped to be the next big thing from Russia. I actually hope he gets passed upon the draft so the Kings can steal him with the many picks we have this year. I mean I've seen this guy play when he was 16 and I was 16,,,he reminded me of Pavel Bure. I think he will be special if he is given a chance in the NHL.

He is very tall for his age could very well top out at 6 foot 5 or more and therefore he would be a power forward.

Malkin was 6.2 at age 14 but now he is 6.3 or Kovalchuk who was 6.1 and now 6.2. but we never know .

all know he(Tolchinsky) is the best player in ZSKA who beat all teams in North America in same age class. Nike Bauer 2008 and INTERNACIONAL BANTAM . Nichuskin looks like monster right now. by play i mean :)

Hopefully we get to watch him in Moncton next season! I know its a stretch to get him into the Q but it would be awesome as we haven't had impact europeans since Martins Karsums and Oskar Bartulis.

Ovechkin, complete? The guy plays in one end of the ice. The other 2 hes invisible

Go away troll.

:shakehead

I see nothing wrong with that statement. AO is very offensive minded and rarely backchecks.

He's not a complete player, and that's usually gonna happen with players who are known goal scorers. Kovalchuk, when he first came into the league, would never be confused with Bob Gainey even on Gainey's worst night. Bure could score goals in bunches, but he sure as **** wasn't a Selke nominee in any season. Even for as good as Lemieux was, he wasn't exactly an exceptional two way player during his first few years in the league.

I think he meant in the sense that Ovechkin has the complete offensive package: shooting, skating, passing, stick handling
