For the first time in our existence, I am going to disagree here ole Lou. Jalapeño, habenaro, or hotter are considered “hots”. B peps are great but for flavor thats not of hot.

Ja, lingonberry is what the Swedes eat with meatballs and potatoes. It tastes a bit like cranberry sauce, but much more delicious. And it is perfect with meatballs and potatoes and Swedish gravy.

Sounds like the no carbs diet is going strong

The no carb thing died about 1 month ago. Now it's more of a eat healthier, try not to eat at night as much, weigh yourself daily kind of thing.

We used to eat pasta at least once a week....now it's only the3rd/4th time since the beginning of Sept. I dropped 10 lbs and that was the 1st goal. I am in the 150's now.
