well I said to myself and my friends told me, you’re in Vegas, you are going to spend and lose money. I booked this 3 months ago. I passed through here trucking but only spent just 1 night and didn’t drink because I’m on duty. But I’m off truck back in nj and I’m here 4 whole days, and I’m drinking like it’s 2003 when I hit 21 and could beat anyone in a drinking contest. I can’t go that crazy, but I’m avg 4 drinks a night.

I saved 2k for the trip, all bills paid till dec, so I can splurge

This was my exact reaction. This was my first time making queso and I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner.

And it's great, because the recipe is infinitely tinkerable. Different kinds/portions of cheese, different veggies, etc. I'm 100% adding more peppers next time. It was tasty, but not quite spicy enough for me.

I have taken my first steps into a larger world.

It's also so insanely easy that once you've done it, you wonder why you never did it before! Smoked queso is a favorite of mine and I usually bring it to any party, etc I go to.
