Go to Wegmans, get their sesame ginger sauce and a piece of salmon. Marinate the salmon in said sauce, cook on the grill and thank me later

Oh yeah, fresh salmon is always better. I just thought the frozen one was really good. Best Salmon dish I have made was fresh, with a blood orange, ginger and apple vinegar (not apple cider) reduction. Tried it after seeing an Emmeril episode. Cant find blood oranges anywhere anymore

I finally got around to watching Luca, and the trenette al pesto got me all hot and bothered, so I had to recreate it (with fettuccine). The pork chops were also amazing.

You can add blood to regular oranges if you’re struggling to find them. I can send a recipe if you’d like

LOL, blood oranges taste like a raspberry orange blend. They are hard to find but amazing. Deep red color gives the name.
