Weber and Domi?
Weber's failed numerous years in Nashville and they've only become more successful after his departure. Being booted by the Coyotes even with PPs to keep Nashville in the game is not good for his resume, and that game 7 chokejob at SJ was one beautifully bad way to finish his tenure there. Domi is going to eventually cool off. He's not freaking Crosby and will not produce like his current pace over 82 games.

Weber is going to come in and rescue the tank from a playoff participation.

Here's to Weber, tank commander.
Where is your logic in that? Even if he doesnt play like a dominant 1D, hes only going to take the load off guys like Petry and Benn.

Weber is still a number one on most teams in the league and Domi may cool off but he's still an excellent player and is playing like a number one so far.The line up will always be tweaked as the season goes on and trades may be made so it's not looking too bad at all.

Weber's ineffective at playoff hockey past the first round. A proven fizzler if there is one. As the sprint nears its end, he falters.

weber will help tremendously as habs are still a possession team...
however the problem remains the d and you have to hope bergevin doesn't make panic move
to improve it at the expense of future assets.

Danault is a great 3C but 2C's don't have 1 goal in 23 games.
they really need to flush out alzner, schlepko and has-benn

The biggest reason that the team is struggling is obviously the D. The Domi line has less support and when Weber and Reilly are re-inserted I think we'll see a team that looks much more like the one that started off the year.

Love all three of them, but none of them match either of what I said

Byron is a 3rd liner who could play 2nd line
Weber and Juulsen are RD.

In order to acuire the players you stated we'd have to give up equivalent pieces

Hey lets try and add Crosby and Doughty while we're at it

You guys are for real. Tenacious hungry players. Montreal will be playing in the spring. Would love to see you end up with Toronto in the playoffs and win.

Good luck the rest of the year.

There are a lot of good things about our team. But I envy you guys for having a GM that goes out and gets offensive players. Sure it didn't work out with Moulson. But Skinner and Sheary more than make up for it.

I’m sorry but as good as Danault is defensively, he should not be playing with Tatar and Gally. He provides ZERO offensively.
