The Good:

Tuch was a beast.
Skinner's feed to get Tuch the 2nd goal.
Thompson's wizardy to set up Tuch's first goal.
Cozens line providing a lot of momentum shift and then Quinn's hand-eye on the goal. Cozens going to the net for the other goal off that line when Peterka showed Giordano the future... 👀
Jost with a very unheralded game. Thought he did a lot of good things, regardless of who his wingers were.
Same for Mitts on the wing.
Power's ability to clear the zone and get the puck up in transition. Thought he had a couple of pinches that started the domination in the 2nd.
Boosh was the stronger of his pair and seems like he's doing exactly what they need.

The Bad:

Dahlin had a rough night in his own zone.
The bad changes continue.
Tavares had a karma game.

The Ugly:

No opportunity for someone to throw a hat onto the Leaf home ice tonight for an opponent. I was hoping.

Dahlin is playing hurt, I bet.

G:
Big redemption win after Toronto dominating us last game
Tuch is a VERY important player for our lineup
The Rookies had nice games.
Boosh is our best defenseman right now while Dahlin is playing through an injury
Cozens was huge in the 3rd
Andy was steady
Honorable mention for Tyson Jost as well. He was buzzin around out there

B:
Bryson
Krebs had a rough night.
faceoffs
Giving up the Nylander goal late.

U:
Got nothing

Looks to the lazy eye-test like Power was tipping the ice like a top-2 D.
Tuch just completes the top line in a way nobody else does. Can't overload on Thompson, and he recovers so many of Skinners hope plays.

In the Panderverse
They looked like a REAL playoff team..
relentless across the line up since the last third of the first
Strong, nearly-60-minute-effort. Clamped down after getting blitzed a little at the start of the 1st. Hold your heads high.

Where was O'Reilly? Injured? Didn't see him.
He's been day-to-day twice in the last 2 weeks. He's fighting through something, absolutely. And it's undoubtedly affecting his effectiveness.
Gold star for proper use of affect and effect... learn from it, grammar-deficient posters and professional journalists!!!

G:
Skinner-Thompson-Tuch
Quinn-Cozens-Peterka, especially late in 3rd.
D-pairings were steady. No hand-grenades.
For once, ONCE I SAY!!!, the stripes!!!
See what happens when Olofsson sits??

B:
Nothing - solid win.

U:
Austin's snout.
