Has? Sure, they're awful. Ottawa, eh. Can't see us gaining 6 points on them with just 8 remaining. Would probably take something like 6-1-1 out of us. (Actually, that would only get us to 83 points, they would have to go 3-3-1 or worse)
Buffalo has three bad teams at home, and five playoff teams on the road. I think their max points for the season is likely 76, so I'm hopeful they can drop a spot or two and draft in the 5-6 range (or win a top 3).

Perfect. Easy way to look at it.
It really makes it look like 3rd through 7th are really up for grabs. I think all of those teams currently in those spots could be shuffled around. It would be a bit of a stretch to have a team in Buffalo's spot tank and have the Leafs or Oil catch us.
