PANIC!
Ok, including the tweets is a riot. What a bunch of idiots. "Wahhh some Islanders fans hurt our feelings."

wait, are they now citing random comments by the public on Twitter in their complaint? Yikes...
The whole thing is hysterical. From "unlimited financial resources" to "The Government et al" to "we the people" to calling Newsday the "local media proxy." And having screenshotted the twitter comments, and then FAXING them over? :laugh: The one they circled isn't even from an Islander fan, let alone someone involved in the project!

I also missed the hilarious typo at the end. They crossed out September and wrote in December. Guess they are against proofreading as well. Cuomo's credibility line is showing in spades here.

So outside of today's excitement about steel:
Tammi & friends appear to have lost their minds
https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=Ga45Vx4eu2FXM6EPsyg1MQ==
I was looking for something in that mess that resembled an actual legal point or request for relief. This is the closest I could get:

"Consequently, the Court should rule in favor of plaintiffs request that the government be sent back to the drafting table to take a hard look at the cumulative and separate impacts of all the issues before the Court."

I can see the Court's ruling in their favor now... "The Government et al must go back to the drafting table to take a hard look at what We The People is saying". :laugh:

This smacks of a desperate group that will throw anything against the wall to see if it sticks.

Can “We the People” be fined for bringing a frivolous lawsuit and forced to pay NYAP’s legal expenses?
