Another successful 6 in 5 !!! That’s 7 of nine sets and the good news is the 2 we didn’t we we just a couple short. The continued pace (just one point off from perfect) is why we’re in a playoff spot.

Still think we can knock TOR out of a top 3 spot in Atlantic but they have a favorable advantage over us with lots more blue, more yellow and less red.
We have 7 back to backs still to play in the final 37 games.
Can't stress how important these next 5 games are, need 8/10 pts here.
I think we knock Toronto for the 3rd spot and face bruins in first round. No matter what road we go down, it won’t be easy come playoff time.
I totally agree. I was looking hard thinking about this all morning. I don't see any reason why this team won't have a perfect set. Actually, the fifth and final game of the set after the break against Montreal worries me the most, but I think we should be victorious.

[/TBODY]Panthers dominated this game 8-4. This is a rare game I think where my point totals aren't leaning one way or the other, but the score makes it very dominating. Like some other posters have mentioned before, this is a hard game to play. It was maybe halfway through the game and it was 6-1 Florida. That's hard to keep that up for a full 60. Either way, no doubt win in my mind.

[/TBODY]I thought that this was a pretty dominating game through the first two periods, especially the second. It's too bad the Panthers ran into penalty trouble near the end of the game. I thought this was a no doubt win about halfway through the Third.

[/TBODY]I thought this was going to be a close game win, especially after the second. The Panthers pulled away in the third though, scoring two goals and making this a no doubt win. Detroit played them hard. I will give them credit for that. It felt like Bob held the Panthers in the game at times.

Even if we split the season series with the Leafs and win the games we're supposed to..Detroit, Ottawa (x2), New Jersey (x2), etc. I think we'll be in good shape. Our schedule is definitely manageable the rest of the way. Hopefully we can do some damage on that Western swing as well...LA, SJ, ANA.

What a nice feeling to watch this team finally win in Minnesota, after so many years of failure. Such a nice feeling especially to win after such a bad game in this building last season.
