I really didn't like his finishing at the rim for the latter part of this year, but I agree that he's been better so far since resuming.
What do you most want to see from him offensively besides the 3 continuing to fall? Maybe the ability to beat closeouts off the dribble?
Behind the back dribbles in traffic, crossbody cradles on drives little subtle on ball stuff that I did not see at UW.
His physical tools at this level are a continual surprise. He's big and lengthy for a guard but fluid with it and gets off the floor quickly.
Guys he was compared to (Roberson, Thabo) at no point in their careers were doing what he's doing athletically.
Hopefully as he recognizes the level of athlete he is his floor game will open up more.
Is Bol Bol going to get some run with the Nuggets or? I hear everyone freaking out about his play but haven't been paying nearly close enough attention.
Sco Ducks.
Looks like it. Theyve tried him w Jokic and it didnt look too pretty imo.
Its gonna come down to whether the Nugs like his top end talent (floor spacing, rim protection) vs Plumlee's experience and versatility since he can play the 4 a little bit.
But i love BB. The hype is a little premature but when youre 7'2" and can move like that with ball skills its gonna come.
Nugs are gonna pray he can improve his footwork so he can play w Jokic but I think he's a 5 exclusively.
Wanted Hawks to take him at 10.
The fact that Wolves, Celtics, and the Magic all passed on him when he filled a need and had the highest ceiling is a travesty
