Did the stay at home thing for a few years. Took the time to go back to school during that time. No regrets about bonding with my kids. But I wouldn't do it again if I had the choice. But at the time, it seemed to make more sense than spending $1500 a month on child care. I simply had the wrong partner to make it work properly.
