Yes because that would allow the trailing team to catch up. It “wouldn’t be fair” to give the leading team a PP late in the game.

Decent game, not the cleanest, but they look like a team with hope of scoring and a lot more entertaining to watch, relatively speaking. Baby steps. Love when the new kid scores right out of the gate.
