Hughes and Subban were our best players tonight. So ragging on PK tonight is horseshit. I also would like to see what all of our dmen can do with a proper coach and system before I send any of them out to pasture.

There is a very obvious similarity between the two worst teams in the league.
I remember watching the world championships wondering how those two boneheads managed to make such a good roster look so bad. Meanwhile Severson was looking like an all-star under an actual coach.

I want to see Subban playing under a different coach before believing he's any sort of problem.
We can't score at even strength and he's on the 2nd PP unit that hasn't scored a goal all year. He's not going to meet his standard production at that rate no matter the case.
You basically have to see every player under a new coach before you can evaluate any player personnel decision and roster fixes.

Was Subban that bad to not even be on the first PP wave? I started watching some games 4-5 games in and I never saw him on the 1st PP with Hall, Hughes, Hischier etc.. if I was the coach I would just play the guy in all situations. He's paid 9M, give him rope and if he chokes himself with it at least he's the one looking bad and not me.
Can’t judge our players because literally only one player looks good on the PP, Vatanen, everyone else is a trainwreck. That is thanks to Kowalsky, aka the worst NHL PP coach.
No, people think you are crazy because you walk up and down the street wearing a ragged bathrobe and muttering to yourself about the alien abduction and the probing they did. The rebuild timeline had nothing to do with it.
