I've always thought his leadership ability was overrated. When he was a great player he could lead by example and didn't have to say much of anything but now that he can no longer lead by example he's really showing his arse.

He was an incredible player at his best don't get that mixed up in what I say I just think his leadership qualities were always overstated

Strip the "C" from this clown and sit him some games.

Can you imagine the accountability that would demand?

I mean it's probably not the best move to strip him of the C just for our league-wide image but it would sure send a message to the rest of the passengers on the team.

I don't even hate Weber, I just think he's your classic sad story of a player who is losing his abilities and won't admit it until the day they retire.

If we played him ~ 5 minutes less, took him off the PP and told him straight up he needs to play more physical to stay in the lineup I think he's still useful.

But pride, both Weber's and management's, wont let that happen.
