Yeah, I just saw them posing for a picture together.
Sorry, but I think you're making a lot out of nothing.
It's not like it was a handshake line or anything.
It could have been worse. He could have flung his POTG award into the stands or something.
That’s okay, you’re entitled to your opinion. I believe that Kane, much like all players have done in the tournament, should have shaken hands there but maybe that’s just meYeah, I just saw them posing for a picture together.

I fear this team will quit on the bronze game
Yes because VAN is so consistant as a team right now.The problem is that hes not consistent in the Nhl! He steal one game then he let in everything the next 3!
Technically you've won more than the US has over the last 84 years since you're guaranteed a Silver at this point.

That’s a fair pointI'm willing to give him a pass.
We don't have POTG in the NHL and his mind was probably elsewhere at the time.
Backlund was pretty meh until Hörnqvist came, great afterwards, so yeah, I agree.Backlund top 3 player of the tournament for sweden, not sure I agree. I had Larsson, OEL and then Rakell or maybe Zibby. Larsson and OEL were the best by far though.
I wonder if Patty Kane will be taking a cab back to the airport

The most impressive part about Sweden is how they win when they don't play even a good game. They have played one good game in this tournament (against Russia). They are just too good for everyone that they don't even have to play their A game every night. Gold medal team for sure.
Not today.USA will crush Swedes 6-2.

I realise that this team is over cap but still. You realise fewer teams = higher concentration of talent, right? But you’re right, all the Bruins on those teams went +124 in a season and won three straight Harts.

Edler and Tanev + scrubs as D
Doesnt the teams chose the players themselves? Nothing to do with IIHF.Backlund is a very odd choice, but you know IIHF...
Not today.
They had their chances in the first to make this a different game but couldn't capitalize and then things went south.
bronze is still on the table to take however.
