Fire Laviolette. Lavi's trademark is immediate results. The immediate results weren't there for the Capitals, despite him stunting the playing time of every younger or higher upside player. No point in keeping him around longer for worse results while also not developing players.

I seriously think Florida will go deep after we scared them and they went over their hump. Similar to us in 2018. 4 straight round 1 loses. Though in the last 3 we have steadily improved winning one more game.
