So Cole and Vanek count as minuses but Nash and Duclair don't count as adds?

Cole was a top 4 d-man and Vanek is a known goal scorer. Nash is a 3rd/4th line center with 1 really good season under his belt and Duclair is a reclamation project trying to salvage his career.

He’s been more noticeable than Wennberg tonight , quite impressed with him . The play where he was in front of the net , and instead of quick releasing, and tried to settle and go high with the shot ( believe he drew a penalty ) was impressive

I have read enough about the folks within the org that I'm sure someone knows that it's a bad combo, but either Torts isn't listening or they're afraid to tell him.

I think he would have been better off with a quick release there. He didn't have as much time as he thought.
