Silver is obviously lying. The league took the Clippers away from Sterling for the exact same issue, racism.

Sarver's comments weren't good but the league concluded he isn't some massive racist. That was Sterling's problem, he literally said he didn't want black people at his games.

Yep. He's getting thrown out of one of the most exclusive clubs in the world. That's a massive ego blow even if he does get paid going out the door.
