I tuned in to an NHL network broadcast and it was extremely choppy (sub 20fps or so), so it might just be a one off thing unless the problem persists with different broadcasters.

Tues night's official feed was pretty good... Until the third. I switched during intermission and came back for the third, and it was completely unwatchable. Thought maybe it was my end until I saw several complaints.
