Well we should basically get 2 games with the real lineup.

I really don't want to see with Hakstol comes up with.

He was orange and hirsute, couldn't recognize himself
Life above the arena had turned into Hell
Saw his reflection in "Muppets Take Manhattan"
Couldn't remember the last toilet he'd shat in
Oh Flyers, you gonna be booing away?
At the Grits of Philadelphia
Ain't no softie gonna play here
It's just Weise and I, my friend
But Misha's a Phantom no more
Gonna teach him to put on a thicker skinnnn

The game is ended, we're flying away
Saw the shell bend and sway
Now save me Jori with your faithful kiss
Don't leave this team alone like this
With a lack of hard and heavyyyy

Grit grit gritgritgritgrit

It could be overlooked by even the most ardent fans and pundits but Mark Howe's OT goal in Game 1 of the 1985 Playoffs should always be remembered as one of the most important goals in team history. The prior three PO seasons (1-9 record), losing to the Rangers twice, a last minute goal by NY in this game, not knowing if Lindbergh could handle the pressure of a PO, Keenan's first PO game... the expectation of failure oozed like a creepy crawler on steroids. And then Mark Howe happened.

1:19 into this clip.

This is partially lifted, with a few edits, from ESPN's page which had a simplicity that was easy to carry into HF.

Some of the forward positions may be different or change (i.e. Konecny RW) and certainly the heights and weights could vary from what the team posts. However, this appears to be the roster from what I can see heading into Wednesday.

Blue = Injured. Not expected to be part of the 23-man active roster.

There is no such thing as too many Howe highlights.

It's pre-season for Pete's sake. I'd like to see Vorobyev on the first line until Couts comes back or reg season begins.

Just how creative can the kid be?
