Well we should basically get 2 games with the real lineup.

I really don't want to see with Hakstol comes up with.

Man I wish we could turn back time. Even the 5 yrs that team missed the playoofs they had fun players to watch. Ghost is great but he better stay that way in the playoffs this time and Provy is awesome and big Sammy the rest are boring and slow.

It could be overlooked by even the most ardent fans and pundits but Mark Howe's OT goal in Game 1 of the 1985 Playoffs should always be remembered as one of the most important goals in team history. The prior three PO seasons (1-9 record), losing to the Rangers twice, a last minute goal by NY in this game, not knowing if Lindbergh could handle the pressure of a PO, Keenan's first PO game... the expectation of failure oozed like a creepy crawler on steroids. And then Mark Howe happened.

    1:19 into this clip.

This is partially lifted, with a few edits, from ESPN's page which had a simplicity that was easy to carry into HF.

Some of the forward positions may be different or change (i.e. Konecny RW) and certainly the heights and weights could vary from what the team posts. However, this appears to be the roster from what I can see heading into Wednesday.

Blue = Injured. Not expected to be part of the 23-man active roster.

It's pre-season for Pete's sake. I'd like to see Vorobyev on the first line until Couts comes back or reg season begins.

Just how creative can the kid be?
