Tyler Wotherspoon has never been regarded as such and is certainly not the type of player that will put up eye-popping offensive totals at the professional level.
He is without a doubt a defense first type of player that relies heavily on his high end positioning and relatively strong first pass out of the zone.
From what I've seen of him. Maybe I should've said 2-way defenseman, but he does get fancy at the blueline and he does pinch. He's not the type of blueliner that will jump into the rush or go end to end, but he does display an offensive game. He's not Reghre, who couldn't hit the net or stick handle too much
