Not contractually, no NMC or NTC.

However I would be super stunned if DW did not essentially treat trading Marleau as though he had a clause in his contract. He has a history of giving guys a say in where they get traded, and I have no doubt that if Marleau only wanted to go to a contender, then DW would only trade him to one.
