I just looked, why has Ceci averaged over 20 minutes TOI in each of his last 4 years? I think he can be okay if he's asked to play 13-15 minutes a night and not a role above his pay grade

Ya, but that's not Sullivan's way.

Even our 3rd line pairing of Jack Johnson and Schultz, which was f***ing awful, got 19-20 min on average a night.

One of the whiniest fanbases in hockey. Oh no, the Penguins signed a #6 defenseman for a #6 defenseman price, and will use him like a #6 defenseman? Guess that means all improvements they made this off-season are thrown out the window.
