I hated Stone when he was with Ottawa.

I will hate him even more so now.

Not impressed. He had one 30+ goal season.

So did Galchenyuk..

Oh I was just confirming he indeed did have one 30 plus season.

As for Stone himself, I am huge fan. Not a relatively good skater but so smart on both sides of the puck.

I think he is a shoe in for Team Canada next year

since we're in the Danault thread, why don't you tell us about Danauls goals and asssists ?
Playoffs goal performance of Danault ;

One goal less then the total of Matthew + Marner . He's that good .:P
But, it isn't enough for you :whatever:

I despise him. Maybe this series will make me change my mind... you never know.

He is a handsome devil though.

I really like Danault but what is he going to do against Stone+Pacioretty? He's going to need some help on that front.

Matthews and Marner are better than those two. Throw in Hyman who is better than Stephenson. He’s done the job before.

You musta not heard bout Marky Mark Stone before..

I have. He’s not as good as Matthews and Pacioretty is not as good as Marner. I mean that is objectively true. Everyone in the world knows that. It’s fine and dandy to be up for the Selke, but he’s not a Rocket Richard winner or Hart finalist.

He’s a great player but he’s not a threat to score every time the puck touches his stick anywhere in the offensive zone. It’s a lot more difficult shutting that type of player down than one who backchecks well.
