Has Morin had his ACL surgery yet? It's been a couple weeks now and I don't recall hearing anything. I know for mere mortal Canadians you wait your turn, but for a pro athlete is there any waiting time for swelling or anything before they go under the knife? I'd think they would want it done asap to start the recovery.

Only one that stands out for me would be Vecchione. Turns 25 yes, but only turned pro 2 years ago after having a successful college career, and prob is close to NHL ready. I haven’t done the math but he is prob mid teens prospect wise. He is what he is ceiling wise, but I think he deserves to be voted on. Maybe even Bardeau if we do a extend poll like last year.

I don't think it would hurt to have Vasiliev on there...just turned 24, had a breakout season with Cherepovets, Flyers still own his rights...

I don't mind putting Vasiliev back on the list for his final year of eligibility. I took him off last year because he was getting zero votes.

Vecchione is kind of a special case, but I think 25 is a good cutoff point for prospects. He's older than Ghost....

NCHC translation factor = 0.439
theoretical NHL ppg = 0.59
48 points over 82 games in NHL if I'm doing all the math correctly.

Sucks he had to have the leg injury, hoping he can bounce back from that and have a good final year in college and sign with the Flyers. Here's hoping!

It's better that way. No reason for him to play in phantoms bottom6.

Well if you look at the injury time line he will probably just be getting back on ice so probably not doing to much at camp.
