My gut is telling me to do the 1C... my head as asking me how I could pass on Dahlin. Im probably overthinking this

This is really tough. I picked Pettersson but I honestly think if given this choice in real life I couldn't pass up on Dahlin. Just feels like it's much easier to draft a high end forward than it is a dman

Pettersson.

What he's doing is so incredibly impressive, stepping in as the #1C on a basement team and doing it with very little offensive support due to Boeser's injury trouble.

There is no Tavares to help share the offensive load, and he's actually opening up opportunities for Horvat due to teams focusing all their defensive efforts on Pettersson.

He literally got a concussion, missed a few weeks and then returned like he hadn't missed a beat. If he hadn't missed that time, there's no question he'd be top 10 in NHL scoring.

As a Canuck fan, I would trade Pettersson today for Dahlin. I am unsure if it’d be the right choice, and may be somewhat team specific, but I’d do it.

I love watching EP play for us, but I can't pass up on Dahlin, he is just amazing. Dahlin vs Matthews would have been an amazing draft year, 2 borderline generational talents.
