I have DIRECTV so the signal is only 1080p, but it looked like it was Rackells to me. Maybe someone had a 4k signal that showed it more clearly?

They slowed it down on the Pens feed and it looked like it just went over Rakell's stick.

I was watching the Detroit feed and they showed an angle in slow-mo that looked pretty clear.

It limits the use of his strong shot, but maybe it will end up being more effective for the team to use him that way.
