My bold prediction is that Rust is going to score. I thought L2 generated some chances last game, Rust had 6 shots, Malkin 5, and Zucker 4, and there were a few spurts of Rust actually trying. This team is somehow winning a lot of games, but if L2 could get going, they'd be tough to beat.

3PPG incoming!
Just sayin'......

And no, I didn't think it would essentially be 3 from PP2, but still.

It's funny how fast we look against some of the more plodding Western teams. Vegas and St. Louis have really struggled with our speed.

Meanwhile we've really struggled with Carolina and Toronto's speed.

Team is rallying around Letang is more of what we are seeing IMO.

I think there's an element of that but we had started playing better in general even before the Letang news (the Toronto game not withstanding)

I think we might be able to use Rust as a sweetener to get rid of JJ now.

I think they are rallying around Letang and also Kapanen breaking out of a slump, there’s a lot of emotion in the last 2 games after being a bunch of flaccid wankbuckets for most of the season.
