Quite literally all the ground we made up has disappeared in two games. More than 5 points out of a spot and everyone back in front of us.

Getting back into it was alway going to be a long grind. The win streak sort of made it look easy but this will be a seesaw type of battle. They need to stop this losing streak though right here or the gains get erased very, very quickly.

Kane's last ES goal was against ANA on Nov 26th. Kane is a top 6 player who is struggling lately...ditto for Draisaitl.

Need a RNH clone so both top-6 lines can score. Despite the warts in his game, he creates chances for his goal scoring line mates.

I mentioned in a thread if the Oilers can keep up their play after the coaching changes.. or if teams will adapt to what the Oilers are doing... and it seems teams will obviously be adapting.

Oilers have to be flexible enough to stay one step ahead and will KnobCoff be able to accomplish that? We'll have to see.

I dont think that this was a case of the oppostition adapting to anything.
More a case of the Oilers being thoroughly outworked.
