I'm really hoping or a win. I'm going to that game and have good seats (red).

The way the sens have been playing. I'm sure they're going to provide us with a lot of difficulty. Should be tight.

I still have no idea what Gabriel Dumont is supposed to bring to the team.

Is he a grinder? A pk specialist? A fighter? A shutdown center? What is he exactly?

The name of their game is "goalie". This team should be in the bottom part of ghe standing with all injuries they got. Their goalies saved their ***** since tbe beginning of the season.

A pest with a little scoring touch as well. A mix of Lapierre and Talbot maybe

Greg Pateryn is in for next game:

#Habs:Greg Pateryn jouera un troisième match d'affilée contre les Sénateurs, mercredi,au Centre Bell. Tomas Kaberle sautera encore son tour.

Kaberle just looks like the kind of guy that doesn't care about sitting and doesn't say anything. I wonder if he even asked the Habs to move him or anything. I wonder if there is any chance the Habs loan him to a Europeen team or something like the Hawks did with Huet

Zero chance

If he got hurt, they wouldn't be able to buy him out, and you can't bury guys in the AHL or in Europe under this CBA.

I'd much rather see them bring up Bournival, he has all the tools to be a good NHLer.

Ben "Pope" Bishop is starting.

Damn....

Dumont is a lot like Bournival. They're both useful in virtually every situation, but don't excel at a single one.

Dumont's been Hamilton best player all year long (I'd say that he was outplaying Gallagher when they both played for the 'Dogs). He's not flashy offensively but for a bottom 6 player he definitely has a knack for the back the net. He scored a ton of goals with the Voltigeurs in his last year there (51 goals in 62 games) and he was producing at 0,58PPG on a mediocre team. He's good along the boards, he's a solid Penalty Killer who can win faceoffs, he hits a lot for a guy of his size and he can hold his own in a fight (he kicked Joe Colborne's ass). Gabriel Dumont can be our version of Max Talbot if we give him the time and the attention he deserves. Bournival can develop his game in the AHL, call him up for a couple of games next year and have him make the team in two years. If every thing goes right for him I could see him becoming a Dominic Moore type of player.

Dumont has about the same toools. He was a way more productive player than Bournival at Junior level.

The guy is Maxime Talbot v.2

It doesn't hurt that we just had a game against another big goaltender in Markstrom (6'6").

Call it a practice and confidence booster in preparation for Bishop round 2 (6'7").

They are still voting to have a new one. Maybe he'll be disrupted? :sarcasm:

The Montreal Blues and Ottawa Predators face off yet again in another evenly matched and strategic defensive showdown that results in another 3 point game, wait what? ;)
