Always over pay on July 1. My only hope is GM JB has a poor internet connection and can't submit any contracts...he sure know how to over pay players with term or $ as well as structuring the deals to make them buyout proof or unmovable.

Canucks do NOT need to go all in for Myers, I sure hope he wants to win a cup and chooses to sign elsewhere...I would rather us wait another couple years, get Brock, EP and Quinn signed to their next deals before we sign some other albatross contracts that may hinder us down the road.

We need to be patient, not rush out and go after an overhyped guy like Myers who is sought after because he is a RHD. Anyone out there knows he is not worth a 6-7 year commitment at 6-7m per with a NMC or NTC
