I didn't feel tense up by 2, but did until the Tatar goal and even earlier in the game when it was tied.

I really think Brunette has the full autonomy to run the offense and running this type of offense gives us A LOT of puck possession and not many chances for the opposition.

Even if the power play finishes in the lower half of the league again, this guy has been a huge asset for our 5 on 5 game.

The Oilers might have the most hockey literate fan base in the NHL (per capita or whatever lol) and the fact that they’re endlessly tortured by a impossibly moronic ownership/management group is more proof that this is one of the worse time lines.

Yeah, they’re spoiled by getting McDrais but it evens out by them not being spoiled with much else.
