That was a solid game by the Oilers. They still have a lot of kinks to work out, but it was way better than the last two.

Talbot was excellent, I really noticed Caggulia and Yamo this game too.

Garrison is way, way better than Benning. And Garrison isn't that good. Benning should not be in this lineup again.

A win against a subpar team. Yay I guess. Too bad the issues this team has were still very apparent this game. This game reminded me of wins we were eeking out in the 16-17 season. Connor MacDavid wills us to a narrow lucky victory. It's just that in 16-17 we might expect those kind of wins against better teams, this year I still feel like the leagues above average teams are going to toy with us.
