Yesterday was Lester. Today is Severino. Both of them are the reason I was in first place in my fantasy baseball league in June. And they're almost singlehandedly the reason I dropped to 5th or 6th by season end. Severino was brutal in the second half.

Having the best pitcher in the league sure helped though (deGrom).

It's too bad DeGrom was stuck with the Mets and not a team that could give him some run support. He might not have lost a game all year. His "blowup game" was 4 runs over 6 innings.

It's odd hearing Brian Anderson calling the game and the Brewers not be playing.

29 games in a row without giving up more than 3 runs. That's insane. And he finished with a record of 10-9.

I'm rooting for the A's. Lucroy was my favorite play when he was in MKE. I'd go to games just to see Fiers pitch. And Davis was an experience to watch at the plate.

The A's were the first team ever to make the playoffs with the lowest payroll on opening day. Anyone not cheering for whoever is playing the Yankees is crazy.

What if it's the Red Sox playing the Yankees? :sarcasm:

The only team I really dislike is the Cards, they have a great stadium and park area though.

Red Sox, not even remotely close. I tend to like teams whose players I like, and back in their World Series winning days, I really liked those Cards teams.

My first baseball memories are the Cards beating the Brewers in the WS. Then they knocked the Brewers out in the NLCS a few years ago. It's always a tough game for the Brewers.

Yankees just locked up the game.

RESIST! DONT GIVE THAT ****TY COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

Playoff baseball is so fun to go to though. I'd probably end up missing most of the Wild game sadly. It's why I'm torn.

If I was confidant they'd make the WS I'd hold out until then. I've never been to a WS game.

I dislike afternoon games at Miller Park, the shadows are awful.

The seat I almost bought for today's Brewers game was sec 237 row 7 seat 3. I'm gonna be pissed if a HR lands there and I would have had a chance at it.

Dumb play by Braun trying to score from 2nd on a wild pitch.

Was a perfect play by the Rockies’ catcher otherwise Braun would’ve scored. Still should’ve held at 3rd with Aguilar at the plate.

He was meat by about 4 steps; that's not a perfect play imo. They had the pitcher/catcher flustered and Aguilar at the plate with a good count. I didn't notice if he got sent by the 3rd base coach or not. If the 3rd base coach sent him it's not on Braun. If Braun ran though the sign it's on him.

Why does any team pitch to Yelich? 2 run bomb, Brewers up 2-0.

No Thames on the postseason roster for MKE, they picked Granderson (vet experience?) instead.

Jeffress has been lights out lately. Now he can't get an out.
