You can argue all you want how the roster just isn't talented and it's not the coaches fault for that, but it is his job to have every player intact and ready for puck drop and he has failed to do so on a nightly basis. Let's bit even begin to mention the worst power play in the league that's on pace for a total of 30 goals on the season.

I don't buy the argument that the collection of talent on this team is bottom of the Eastern Conference bad. I do however absolutely believe that the coaching staff is.
