Just feel the Lady Byng indicates that a player is not tenacious enough. The way the game is officiated, how can you only get a handful of penalties. Kind of implies you play like a lady.

I think he is a good player, but has some stuff to work on. I do not think he is the next Connor McDavid, but will be a good solid player.

I also think it is a long season and younger players get fatigued. Also second year can be an up and down. I think you start to see players start to perform in year 3 or 4.

I wish CJ had figured out a way to have him and Domi on the same line. The chemistry was not there, but not sure CJ really gave it enough time or fostered it. Both players are talented but need some higher end offensive players to work with than what we have given them. I think we need a coach who can develop a young team and coach an established one when they start to mature.
