People when you see minor moves like this from Boston teams let alone the Bruins at this point in time after free agency they are done making moves except for signing their own aberration players. Everything else are just rumors that people are hatching up. I can speak for Boston teams I’ve seen it before . You’ll hear they’re in all not true just can’t by it. Hope they prove me wrong

On the DJ Bean article or his opinion I’m giving Sweeney and Neely an F too. But for different reasons I don’t care if the team currently constituted finished with 100 points, he still gets an F because that will be because of the players and overachieving nothing else .

Because DeBrusk is a much better 5v5 player.

Over the last two seasons...

Jake DeBrusk
1.03 5v5 Goals/60 minutes
0.71 5v5 Assists/60 minutes
1.74 5v5 Points/60 minutes

1.95 xGA/60 minutes

Mike Hoffman
0.90 5v5 Goals/60 minutes
0.84 5v5 Assists/60 minutes
1.74 5v5 Points/60 minutes

2.46 xGA/60 minutes

DeBrusk offers the same offensive production on a per minute basis, but has much better defensive metrics.
Been said plenty of times in this thread but I'll say it again (CONTEXT MATTERS):

Bruins GA over those past two seasons:
389

Panthers GA:
508

Is it really fair to use GA/60 when on average the Panthers let in 3.36 Goals per game over that time frame and the Bruins let in 2.56 per game?
