Ottawa just got Stutzle! A guy who is comparable to Patrick Kane and Peter Forsberg. LA just got Byfield. NJ drafted Hughes a year ago and Hischer not too long ago as well.

True, but the lottery system is in place to prevent tanking. You have to make it big enough that teams don't want to gamble on a tank as the percentages get too low. That inevitably means some less "deserving" team will get a pick it "shouldn't."
