People scared we drop to WC2 and face Tampa but guess what. If the Isles fall to WC2 that probably means they went like 3-8 in their final 11 and if they do that it doesn’t matter who they play. Go into the playoffs on a run of 7-12 in your final 20 or so and you’re gonna be gone in round 1 almost every time

Trying to outscore your problems doesn't work in the long run, we should know that better than anyone else.

The Leafs have a much better goaltender and much more offensive talent than last year's Isles team. They will wither physically as the softest team of all the EC playoff teams.
