Judas went to the Toronto to pad his stats. He knew he would never have scored 40 goals under Trotz' system. The guy literally went from one run and gun system to another. And right on, the Laffs are no better than last year, maybe even worse this year.

He should beat his career high even without getting hot. The Leafs still have 11 games to go and he's only 10 points away from beating his career best.

Where context needs to be used before Leaf fans gloat too much is the fact this is one of the highest scoring seasons in some time and his "career high" will still see him finish somewhere in the 14-18 range league-wide.

16th right now, and he ended up 16th in 2016 and also in 2018, with a much weaker team (at least according to Leaf fans).

Hey, I'm jut saying, for all the "unsustainable" and "regression imminent" comments I've seen about the isles and their goaltending, they have not gone through a stretch this year where they've allowed 25 goals in 4 games this season
