seeing as the user's occupation is listed as "wears scrubs" perhaps they work at Rex hospital and can't reveal due to HIPAA laws. which would be a rather ominous deduction on my part.

If it was an injury at practice, one of the reporters there would have mentioned it. Aho was wearing a "no contact" but apparently it was just because he was a bit sore, and the coaches had to force him to wear it (he didn't want to).
Assuming TBK isn't talking out of his ass, it'd have to be an injury sustained after practice.
Michael Smith was reporting on practice and interviewed Rod afterwards. Didn’t mention anything that happened.

They'll decide in September 2019. If NHL or NHLPA opts out of the CBA at that time, it terminates in summer 2020. Otherwise, 2022.
