I think what he's implying is Isles just make the simple clear out, while Panthers in that same situation would complicate things (try to skate it out, try to make a perfect pass, etc).

For sure. He can only skate it to opposing blueline but if he does get in, he hugs the wall and throws it out front blindly or does the silly drop pass. How good is Panarin at Ozone entries?
