Saw a stat on them that since the 10 game win streak that put them on top of the NHL, they've won only 14 games (Ottawa had 18 wins in the same time period).

I do not understand how the NHL wants interference called. When a player doesn't have the puck, and you make absolutely no attempt to play the puck, but instead put both arms around a guy and ride him into the boards, is that not interference?
