I just love how Bs fans are saying the NE hasn't been that bad in a long time, yet they are not dominating it. So I guess the Bs suck too, right? They're starting to sound frustrated and I love it. That's a sign that our team is doing pretty well. Apparently, we look terrible, we've been sucking bad for 2+ decades, we and the Leafs are weak, so home ice in the back pocket for them. Who needs Marmaduke and Garfield when you have the Bs board.

Any other tri-state area Habs fans going tonight? We usually put a good number of fans in MSG, but given it's a week night, maybe not so much this game.

Our 4th line is impressive.

Dumont, Nokelainen and Blunden can also assume NHL 4th line duties. Plus, when a quality player like Eller is receiving 3rd/4th line responsibilities, it must indicate that something good is happening in Habs land.

I really like the depth and mix of players upfront.

I was at that game in MSG. The game blew fish oil, but my buddy and I had a great time with the NY fans. This was just before they did the renovations, when the spaceship ceiling and green/mauve colours made MSG looked like a Styx album cover from the 70s. One of the classic arenas.
