Davidson played like no.6 D during the season. The fact that we couldn't get a pick for him is probably du to his salary. Will help Edmonton for sure.

If you D is so good as you say why does your team go down the ****ter with out Price ? We seen teams with good D win cups with average goaltending

This is true but they also have elite level offensive forwards. Habs are not going anywhere until we acquire a top 2 center

I don't think either team needs to be desperate at this point. Best to remain patient. We both need too many pieces to become cup contenders. Habs can trade Patch and Galchenyuk IMO. The only deal I would propose would be something like this... Patch, Alzner, Lindgren for Lucic, 2018 1st, Jones.

I just don't see the Oilers making this kind of move at this point in the season.
