Who would’ve thought fielding good players makes the team look like MLS caliber at least? There were times it was ugly but it was day and night compared to the previous 5 games. Piatti makes a huge difference what a beautiful player.

I don’t want to get my hopes up about Lappalainen when other crappy players also had fantastic starts with us, but something tells me he could be legit. His reading of the game is extremely impressive, very sound positioning on both ends. He always seems to be in an position to get a pass, and defensively always in the right spot. Let’s hope that’s the standard version of his.

If you're comparing him to no IQ Browne, you shouldn't. Browne belongs in FC Blainville or play some indoor futsal.
