First ROR trade:
Grigorenko is gone and Zadorov with Compher played on bottom pair bottom 6 respectively.
Second ROR trade: Sobotka, Berglund and Thompson are all awful so far and faith of this trade likely rests on two picks buffaslugs got in the trade. But then again this is organization that drafted Zadorov, Grigorenko and Compher to begin with.

When you hire incompetent people to run your team there are consequences. Botts has already established himself as a bottom 5 GM in the entire league. The ROR trade was a Mike Milbury level stupid move and the alleged cap guru put the team in a position where we have no cap room whatsoever. The idiot actually managed to get totally sodomized in the ROR trade and get almost no cap benefit (and that won't even be for a few years). Also the not firing a coach who has clearly and emphatically proven he is incompetent and has zero coaching ability whatsoever.
